Installation

Luxury Apartments

Setting up a crane in the middle of Manhattan to lift a 30-ton machine sixteen floors to the roof of a penthouse; completely disassembling a package chiller in order to fit it in a service elevator, then re-assembling the unit in-place once rigged to the sixth floor; attending interior finishes coordination meetings for hours on end to afford the project architect an extra inch of ceiling height by re-configuring the HVAC systems layout. These are a few of the issues that make up an average day of installing air conditioning systems in some of the most luxurious apartments in the world. Norman Sheet Metal & Mechanical has gained the respect as a qualified HVAC contractor by some of the finest general contractors, architects, and engineers involved in these projects. We have elected not to publish client names or interior pictures of these projects, to protect the privacy of all project owners and their families.
