Norman Sheet Metal & Mechanical has a near-100% client retention rate. This outstanding fact is based in part on the efforts of our service department staff. Installing a new system, and then walking away from the job without follow up service is not how we do business. Our service department telephones are answered 24-hours a day, seven days a week, by a live operator, and we have a skilled service technician on call, ready to attend to any off-hours emergency service requirements, year-round. In the unlikely event that our service technician does not respond to his after hours emergency service call-out notification in a timely manner, the operator directly contacts our management staff, and company President. Although our service fleet is stocked with an array of service parts and accessories, all of our service technicians have the ability to enter our facility after hours to utilize our extensive warehouse stock, ensuring a speedy repair.

We offer a diversity of planned service agreements, reduced service rate plans, and off-site system monitoring. Beyond servicing what we install, we also repair and maintain systems installed by others.
